Moms with Young Ones facilitated by Janelle @ 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Fridays. During the Summer we will be meeting at different locations. Details will be available on Facebook - Janelle Wimmer.
PrayerCare facilitated by Ruby @ 9:30 a.m. We meet every Friday morning at the church.
Other Women's Ministries:
Quilters Plus (quilting, knitting & crocheting) facilitated by Arlene, @ 9:00 a.m. We meet the second and forth Thursday of every month starting in September until June.
Women of Harvest:
Connected, accepted and Christ-centered.
We, the Women of Harvest Hills Alliance Church, want women to feel connected and loved by us and God. Our weekly events include Wednesday Morning Bible Studies, Mom's with Young Ones and PrayerCare. Our Quilting Ladies meet together twice a month. We also host special events a few times a year.
Here are some things we are working on:
Women's Retreat, "Getting Past the Passing 'Hi'", October 22 - 24, 2010 at River's Edge Camp near Cremona, AB. Start saving your money and plan to attend. Speaker: Cindy Martin. Print off the registration form and bring it with you to our Brunch on May 29 or give it to any one of the committee members after that.
If you would like to be on the planning committee for this or you have suggestions as to what you would like to see happen at a Women's Retreat please contact Rae at the information below.We would like to hear from you on what is important to you. Let us know what you would like our events to focus on.
Registration forms for the Wednesday Morning Bible Studies can be picked up at the Women's Ministries Bulletin Board in the foyer. Babysitting is provided for a suggested donation of $20 per term per family. Please hand in completed forms in to the Women's Ministry folder in the Message Center or hand it to one of the ladies on the Women's Ministry Leadership Committee.
