The mission of small groups at Harvest Hills Alliance Church is to extend Christ's grace and truth to people in small groups by building relationships in community as we study God's Word, serving one another's needs and reaching out to family, friends and neighbours.
The goal is to better enjoy and glorify God together by fostering the healthy, reproducing growth of a variety of small groups. At Harvest Hills Alliance Church, we believe that our Small Groups are the heart beat of our church. Without our Small Groups, We would be just a group of people meeting together every Sunday morning for a short period of time. But God never intended for church to be just a brief spiritual shot in the arm every week.
Instead, we believe that God has designed each one of us to be a part of a vibrant and caring community. A place where relationships are formed and life is lived out as we seek to glorify God and learn form His word. We were designed to go through this life living with people, not living on our own.
We need a place where we can seek God and at the same time be supported, challenged to grow, and use our talents and gifts to serve each other.
Our Purpose
That is why, our Small groups exist to connect every person to a small group community, where they can worship God, learn from Him, love and serve one another and reach out together.
